see all reviewsI loved this class with Daisy. It felt like a good fix of everything and in a nice way. Despite living near the area, the space at 50 Hill Rise was a revelation! Such a beautiful zen space with all amenities including showers, lockers, cafe and a relaxation room! The receptionist was very helpful and made us feel very welcome which was so nice given my experience with front of the house staff at other similar studio. Will definitely go back.

see all reviewsThe instructor was so lovely and supportive, the class was really nice for a first timer. She was very clear in her explanations and offered hands on support where needed. For those wondering what the class consists of it is basically Yoga but with a hammock to assist your stretches and holding those poses focusing not only on your muscles but also on your balance and joints. There is a point where you are upside down and for that though in the description I would recommend not eating or drinking too close to the class. The class is really amazing and ends with a complete relaxation exercise. Would highly recommend!

see all reviewsThe class was excellent and don’t be fooled by the description. Im an advanced rider (Psycle, Digme, SoulCycle) and this was tough. Only issue is you wear your own shoes which made the whole thing feel risky and not secure. I also didn’t get the color coding because it goes red both with speed and resistance so it needs a bit of getting used to. But otherwise great class, happy instructor, happy me. Thanks.

Le coach est très patient et un excellent professionnel, il connaît parfaitement le fonctionnement de chaque muscle et adapte ses recommandations en fonction de votre force et de votre corps. L'endroit est propre, les groupes sont réduits, et j'ai passé une excellente expérience. Je recommande à tous ceux qui sont à Paris de venir essayer. Vous ne le regretterez pas !
