So it’s best to try with a few different masseurs -). Sherry and Michael are very good but they have both changed roles and are now managers . Atm I like Steven, very firm pressure (consistent) and he also does “dry massage” so no oil just with towel over - which is a nice option as I don’t always want to be oiled up.

About 20-25 minutes of the session was resting with numbing cream on, which then made the microneedling sensations feel similar to microdermabrasion (for me, at least). When it was all over, Natalya provided helpful aftercare instructions. My face is now very pink and I’m looking forward to seeing if I notice any benefits in the days to come! :)

I don’t get massages too often but when I do, it’s usually just a standard full body massage without any focus on pain points. I was asked to fill out a questionnaire in the office before my appointment for my preferences on pressure, areas to focus on, etc. and Masa did a fantastic job really working out those areas. It still was a very fluent and comprehensive massage but with an extra focus on the areas causing me pain. My neck and back have very stiff for a while probably from my posture sitting at work and it feels amazing to have my mobility back. Genuinely feel like a new person. Will 100% be coming back and requesting Masa😊

see all reviewsSpavia is one of the best discoveries I’ve made in Class Pass. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the facility is top notch. The only thing I will say is that unfortunately you don’t really get a full hour massage. My 60 minute massage was booked for a 70 minute time slot, which I loved because I assumed they were adding the 10 minutes for you to change and get settled before it starts giving you a full 60 minute service. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. My appointment was 3PM-4:10PM, and by the time I waited for the front desk staff (who are all lovely btw) to check me in, take me to get changed, get to my room, etc it was already 3:15PM. After my service I sat in the relaxation room for a few minutes, got some water, and went to my locker. I looked at my watch and it was exactly 4PM, meaning my massage was probably about 40 minutes. I still think it’s a great place, and I will probably be back, but if you want a true 60 minute massage you might want to book one for 90 minutes.
