It was a much harder and more fast-paced class comparing to other zumba classes i’ve taken. However, it was rewarding and definitely worth the effort. Will go again when I need some serious cardio.

Elissa gave lots of hands on direction which was so nice and she really encouraged everyone in the class to follow their bodies and made space for that to really happen. It was so unique and wonderful. What a gem.

The salon was immaculate (and the staff were cleaning throughout at all empty stations, ensuring each was properly sanitized), and the staff were so welcoming. They offer free massages (asking for cash tips). I had the spa pedicure as well as a back massage. Each included a stone massage as well. i can't wait to come back here! I was charged for top coat polish $1 and gel removal $5 which wasn't bad at all. Emilen was great, pleasant offered good conversation, and did an excellent job.

So it’s best to try with a few different masseurs -). Sherry and Michael are very good but they have both changed roles and are now managers . Atm I like Steven, very firm pressure (consistent) and he also does “dry massage” so no oil just with towel over - which is a nice option as I don’t always want to be oiled up.

About 20-25 minutes of the session was resting with numbing cream on, which then made the microneedling sensations feel similar to microdermabrasion (for me, at least). I did not have to wait at all. My massage even started a bit early. It was full body, including hot stones, a hot towel, and lotions. It hurt a bit at times in areas that were really tense, but for the most part, it was fairly gentle of a massage. I’d recommend as a way to splurge on credits and have some relaxation.

I don’t get massages too often but when I do, it’s usually just a standard full body massage without any focus on pain points. I was asked to fill out a questionnaire in the office before my appointment for my preferences on pressure, areas to focus on, etc. and Masa did a fantastic job really working out those areas. It still was a very fluent and comprehensive massage but with an extra focus on the areas causing me pain. My neck and back have very stiff for a while probably from my posture sitting at work and it feels amazing to have my mobility back. Genuinely feel like a new person.
