Really good instruction! It’s hard to find a high difficulty yoga class focusing on inversions in the city and it was an amazing and informative class with warm ups and a workshop style section to end. Great energy! And also the studio is heated so that adds to the calorie burn and sweat during the class. I really enjoyed this class

Instructor was amazing. For $9 if in renting a mat in hot yoga, how are you giving me a towel with no gripping? Insane and ruined the class for me as I was slipping everywhere. Truly outrageous considering how much they charge per class and mat/towel rental.

I’ve always been enjoying Erin’s class but this one went beyond expectations! I’ve been suffering from lower back pain recently due to my bad posture working in front of a desk. The tricky part is that, because I’m pretty flexible to start with, it’s hard for me to get the deep stretch I need without overstretching and hurt the muscles. The class helped me gradually warm up the muscle groups and let me get the deepest stretch that my body was craving for. It’s challenging yet not too difficult that you can still adjust based on your level.

I recently tried this yoga studio for the first time and had the pleasure of taking a class with Liz. From the moment I walked in, the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very sweet, which was incredibly comforting. As someone who is usually very self-conscious and prone to anxiety, I was a bit nervous going in. However, Liz's warm and welcoming energy immediately put me at ease. Her instruction was clear and calming, and the atmosphere in the studio was so inviting, especially with the dim lighting, which helped create a peacetul, grounding environment. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire class. I left feeling both relaxed and empowered, and I'm already looking forward to coming back. If you're someone who feels anxious or out of place in group settings, I highly recommend Liz's class - she truly made a difference in helping me feel at ease. 🫶🏻

Angelica is an amazing teacher! She explained everything very thoroughly, gave clear options for modifications, has a calm, grounded voice, and structured a very well balanced class. SO refreshing to do a strength class that leaves you refreshed and is not overwhelming.

Loved the space! Front desk staff were friendly, and instructor was cheerful and welcoming. The clientele though, not very friendly (felt uncomfortable with these two girls next to me whispering). Lockers are gendered which makes it difficult for non-binary and trans folks to navigate the space. But the flow and sweat made up for its shortcomings.

    hot deep stretch

Where do I begin?! I am so happy the studio moved this class up to a 6pm time slot so I could try it out!! This was truly life changing, I was drenched by the end and the aftermath was so healing it kind of felt to me like there was some somatic release happening?! I felt like this session was so healing for me and left with such mental clarity I loved it! I really enjoyed how Lee structured the session and explained things very well. She was able to guide you into much deeper stretches throughout and was just an excellent instructor over all with letting you know how to correct posture and giving modifications if needed or if you wanted to go into more challenging versions the option was there as well. I am super happy. My entire commute home my brain was just saying woooow the whole time. I usually try to take a class here once a month but it looks like I’m going to have to try to hit the deep stretch AND a sculpt or Pilates from now on. I also like how everything is included (mats, towels etc) and you truly enjoy because you don’t have to worry about sanitizing before and after (it’s done before and after). I feel as though they truly understand a busy nyc lifestyle and makes it such a smooth experience. Very clean studio, my only suggestion is that the actual doors in the bathroom need to have some sort of occupancy sign so others know that it’s in use. Even next to the curtained showers it would help. Also this time around there really wasn’t any hot water it was very cold which I feel like can be dangerous after the body has been in hot temps for prolonged periods of time. I know this isn’t really the studios fault I think it may have been due to the previous class ending 30 mins before this one did and it just needed time to reheat? Others commented the same thing with the other showers as well.

Solid class that was beginner friendly. Enjoyed the music and pacing! Only slight problem was that it wasn’t listed as a hot yoga class but was 86 degrees in the room. In-Studio Open Level (heated)

Love this studio - it has a great and welcoming vibe. Tamra is a great instructor who is very mindful of all levels and offers alternate poses/modifications throughout the class. Definitely recommend this class if you’re thinking about jumping back into yoga.

    HIIT (HOT)

Very good class! Great pace! The studio is really large with a lot of rooms! Definitely want to come back and take more classes! The instructor was really nice and asked for feedback through and at the end of the class on what we liked, what we wanted to do, etc.

    Hot Power Flow

First ever yoga class! I would have preferred to have a little introduction as to what we needed for the session but took a Quick Look around and everything is pretty much in front of you! Only suggestion is to put the full length towel on your mat so you don’t slide. Teacher was good, clear in speech and instruction. Room was hot, you WILL sweat. Really nice workout.
