I'm glad the instructor helped refreshed my memory regarding each 6 and corrected my form on a couple of workouts, which helped make that particular exercise more effective in targeting certain muscle groups. It will get your heart rate up, and by the 3rd station, I was pouring in sweat!! I went at my own pace instead of focusing on doing a lot of reps I focused on my form first with modifications. For my beginners, this class is great! Ask for modifications if needed. There's a supervisor area to stretch before and after class as well.

Parking is in garage, floor 2. To the right of the elevators (still in parking garage) there’s a side door that has a sign on the concrete wall that says “SHED fitness” - I believe that door is to be unlocked. It wasn’t for me, so I took the elevators down to the lobby and security buzzed me to floor 2 at the other set of elevators. When the workout concluded, I took that original door out to the parking garage!
