see all reviewsI really enjoy how Kim teaches - she emphasizes meeting ourselves in the practice wherever we are. This makes the experience of doing yoga feel more personal and with less pressure to meet some kind of standard outside of our own body. I’m able to find both challenging myself and finding comfort in coming home to my body in this yoga practice. I also like her integration of sound (chimes, sometimes drum) during savasana.

see all reviewsBarbie is an excellent instructor! Highly recommend trying her class! I tried her class on a class pass free trial and I was very pleasantly surprised to find such a hidden gem! She’s been instructing for 15 years and it definitely shows. I’ve been practicing Pilates reformer for a while now, have tried several studios and her style has definitely made her a new favorite! I would totally be happy to buy her class full price. I’m hoping I can buy her classes or drop in, in the future. I’m not exactly close by but anytime I’m in the area, I wouldn’t hesitate to see if I can take a class from her! FYI The location was a little hard to see at first because it doesn’t have a sign at the top. It shares space with a hot tub store.

see all reviewsI recently attended a class at Club Pilates-Napa, and it was a great experience! The session was well-structured, with a good balance of challenge and support. The instructor was knowledgeable and gave clear instructions, making it easy to follow along, even for a beginner. The studio was clean and welcoming, and the equipment was in excellent condition. Club Pilates is definitely worth checking out!
