Awesome music, fab instructor. It didnt feel as warm in the room as previous classes, but nothing to blame the instructor for. 10/10 class!

see all reviewsRoya was so kind and welcoming💞 This was my first time trying the hammock silk as an intermediate yogi. Aerial stretch was a perfect beginner friendly class for me as I wanted to get more comfortable with the silks. The class was nice and slow but I still managed to break a sweat halfway through. I’m excited to try the aerial yoga next🤗

The space is also super cute; it was fun to walk around and feed the animals afterwards! The teacher was also very friendly (and attractive LOL). Highly recommend this class!! I will be back for sure :)
