I do wish there was a class offered that was designated to only the Cadillac though because I find it so fascinating and would love to spend more time on it to progress more :) The studio is located on the upper floor inside the movie theater and is a bit tricky to find the first time. But I followed the video they provided and it was very helpful.

see all reviewsthe gym was great and had modern, clean machines. the locker room was super nice and clean, stocked with robes, towels, sandals, feminine supplies. the steam room was great but I wasn't given an explanation from staff on how to use it - luckily another person showed me! the building is beautiful with lots of old brick and historical features. a teeny difficult to find - I accidentally walked into the Oxford hotel but they were really kind and directed me.

The only thing I didn't enjoy was how noisy the overall studio is. I understand it's a busy dance studio, but you would think the owners would place a session like this in a quieter area. Despite the noise, I still felt relaxed after the class, so I would come again for that reason only.

When I arrived they said they usually do a series of 8 weeks for the classes to go through the material, then cycle over to the beginning again. We stated with a warm up, covered technique and drills and then did some choreography. There were more advanced people too and she gave them more advanced drills during the warm up. Stacy answered all my weird questions I had throughout the class with patience. Belly dancing is a fun workout and challenging both for the mind and body with all the isolation. I’d recommend this class to all my friends and am excited to continue :)
