They found tight spots I didn’t even realize were affecting my movement and worked through them without just making it painful for the sake of it. I booked a regular relaxing massage and when she saw how knotted/tight my back was, she suggested a Swedish massage, she educated me on the difference and how it would be uncomfortable but once the knots come down it will feel good! And she did not disappoint!! It was SO good. It was a good type of hurt and she would check on me to make sure the pressure was right. I will definitely be back and do this once a month. Best part is it’s down the street from LDU coffee so I treated myself to one after. Great way to spend my Sunday preparing for the new week.
