Nothing bad about the instructor but just want to warn you that the class is not beginner-friendly 😆 Or at least not for beginners who don’t work out at all and dont have flexibility in their limbs and joints yet. It was fast-paced and some of the poses are difficult. Something that felt more calming and healing for me was the Yin for all levels (not sure if i got it right) or the Hatha (more challenging than Yin but I remember I felt relaxed here). Tho that’s subjective. If you like challenging and fast-paced go book this one!
