    Power Yoga

    Join this class if you want to feel your core, quads, and lats tremor. 🤣 It was fun, challenging, and sweaty. Just what my body needs on that day. It's ideal for strength building to have the POWER to hold the poses. Quino is very attentive, offer variations if you don't feel like doing the full expression, and adjusts with consent. I love that the entire "play area" has mats on it. The studio have a clean and spacious comfort room.

    The space and the atmosphere of the place is clean and serene. Mats and props are provided,l - I like that mat spray/wipes are available and encourages students to clean after themselves post-practice, real yoga ashram style. Ultimately, Nancy is and probably forever will be my favourite OG yoga teacher in Manila. A gem of a teacher who I will always be thankful for.

    Intro to Rocket Yoga

    It was a fast-paced class. I liked our Yogi's tips on how we can train and strengthen our hands, arms and core to be able to stabilize ourselves to be able to keep more challenging poses (hand stand, et al). Very energizing evening class. Namaste.

    One on One Private Session

    Coach Val was a great instructor— she was encouraging and made sure that I know why some poses need to be corrected and which areas of the body it targets. Learning while working out is something that I like and I was challenged by her in a good way. Being a beginner, I like instructors that go with your pace and adjusts to your needs (ehich in my case easing my lower back pain). I’d definitely book again. 💯
