see all reviewsEmily was amazing, her class was challenging yet simple, you would really make the exercises deep or remain on the surface if you were lacking a bit of strength, my legs were quivering! The studio is beautiful as always but the floor in women’s changing room could do with a mop, someone must have come in with mucky shoes (not the studios fault)

Lisa is one of the best instructors around with a wealth of knowledge, explaining not just what poses will be performed next but why and the context behind the theory. It’s impossible not to enjoy any of the classes on offer, the environment is sedate and comforting, the class is filled with kind like minded people which makes the time much more enjoyable.
