see all reviewsThis was my first cycle class ever in my life and I absolutely loved the energy! Sammy was an amazing instructor and the exercises were very varied. The class was intense but as a beginner, you definitely can go at your own pace. The crew here are also extremely friendly and helpful and they’ll even help you get set up on the bike before class starts. Such a fun experience!

Like, light your soul on fire but also give you jello legs fire. I hope I have a chance to come back to this studio with this instructor. Until then 🔥🔥

They also did a great job at walking through each exercise and reminding the class to push themselves to the extent that they wanted to. The studio was super nice with lots of lockers and a very clean bathroom/locker room area.

Honestly, I had stopped going to Prime regularly because of the previous instructors, but Molly has completely changed that for me. I always forget that this studio is pretty warm compared to the Noho and Park Ave studios…something to be aware of if you’re hot natured (you’ll want a spot under a vent) or cold natured (you’ll enjoy the sweat, I guess.)

She gives clear instructions for the poses that you can follow whether you are a beginner or advanced. Alexandria was super attentive, always correcting technique and positioning to make sure I got the most out of the workout. I only wish there was a modification offered for the ab section, which I struggled with a bit. Overall, I learned what I need to work on and got some great tips to improve my form. Definitely pushed me harder than I’d go on my own! Would highly recommend!

She is so encouraging and attentive. She gives a challenging class that encourages people to push themselves, but also reminds us to listen to our bodies and give ourselves grace. This combo of being challenging, encouraging, and attentive makes for a great class that I highly recommend. Definitely going to take again!

As a complete beginner, I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction—he was supportive, knowledgeable, and kept me motivated the whole time. His calm and encouraging approach made me feel confident and excited to keep going. Highly recommend if you’re looking to start climbing with a great instructor, especially if you want to build a solid foundation in climbing!

I have been following him for a few years and finally took a bunch of classes since they opened in Chelsea. He works the room and is a true coach. It is more than a show. But after an hour of laying on the PEMF mat, I feel so much better… and the next day, AMAZING!
