I took the C2 with my husband who is a lot newer to Yoga and he suggested doing a C1 and gave him a lot of pointers after the class. Felt very welcome in the studio. I highly recommend taking Jimmy’s class! Will definitely be back.

I also think the class could benefit from incorporating the ab section earlier or midway through the workout, since I was pretty exhausted by the end and couldn’t engage my core as effectively. A little more vocal energy and enthusiasm from the instructor would also help elevate the overall experience. That said, it was a challenging and effective workout, and I left feeling like I got a great sweat in.

FYI for other first timers, this is a true low rep lift class to build strength… this is not a fast high rep class with a lot of stations etc. Anyone can try and adjust their weights as needed but I think it is helpful if you have some weight lifting experience. I’ll def be so sore tomorrow which is great. I’ll be back!

Tons of treadmills and stairmasters etc. They have multiple specialist rooms with really high end, specific equipment, and even a Sauna. I’m surprised other reviews didn’t mention that. Their membership is super affordable and they also have trainers in-house. Recommend checking it out, nothing to lose!
