I know that would seem hot but it is not compared to other studios. If you prefer to have a good class with not having an actually hot room, then you will like it. What does it feel like. with words and metaphors — do we avoid our quads and IT bands? Squeeze our core like an empty plastic water bottle? Point on the instructor body to the backside core and flutes to WHERE we should be feeling it. What is the proper form to avoid knee injury? WHAT do we isolate when we do that no bounce move. Can we put more weight on our arms and hands until get better strength in our core? Spine straight or rounding is good if it allows us to…? If we tap back, what are we trying to watch here? Side to side? Does that mean an oblique should specifically be targeted? Should we do the opposite, let go and relax more, to avoid injury?
