see all reviewsJoseph was truly amazing. From the outside looking in my group and I were intimidated heading in. We’re first timers and just barely getting into the swing of trying to work out. However, once we went inside, it was just a personable and intimate experience. There was encouragement and motivation left and right! From the trainer to members-just WOW!. Joseph worked the room, modifying workout for everyone and even dropped a few life gems! We definitely didn’t feel out of place walking out! I MOST definitely recommend 15/10!

It was a good routine. I would've liked the instructor to be more hands on and push me harder with correction of forms. But this is a personal preference.
