I had the most amazing deep cleanse facial with Jae, she was warm, welcoming and cheerful I felt very comfortable with her. The treatment itself was thorough and had so many stages than I could count, my skin was beautifully cleansed after the treatment and when I looked in the mirror I could see my skin was visibly brighter and clearer. I was right to trust the great reviews Jae had in here, I’ll definitely be returning again soon for another facial ☺️

Please note this is a mobile service so if you are looking for a pampering service, this won’t be the case unless you have all the amenities of a salon at your own home and you will have to clean up after your haircut. She also charges a fee for transport which wasn’t mentioned in ClassPass.

When I arrived for my ClassPass appointment on Friday 23/10, the clinic had no record of my booking and had already scheduled another client. This was disappointing, as I had taken time off work and travelled on two buses to attend my appointment. The staff were very kind and arranged an appointment for me the following day, which I attended. However, it wasn’t clear what would happen to my credits if I had decided not to go ahead with the rescheduled appointment. It would be really helpful if ClassPass/ clinic bookings came with a clear note advising customers to call the clinic to confirm their appointment, as the clinic uses a separate booking system and ClassPass reservations are not visible to them. This would help avoid similar situations for other customers.
