The teacher was so mindful with all of his cues and assists, and I really appreciated the variety of pranayama, chanting, and readings included too. see all reviewsGood teacher and a great class. However sometimes it would be nice to have a bit more quiet when holding postures for a long period of time like pigeon pose as there was quite a lot of unnecessary talking from the teacher. A lot about clearing your mind and blocking out the noise. It would be nice just to have silence to focus on the breath , meditate and relax.

see all reviewsThe centre is big and the room was very spacious. The instructor was excellent. I am new to yoga and most people in the class were regulars so some of the moves were difficult but the instructor came around and advised how to correct my form when i was not able to do them correctly. There was a big emphasis on breath which I found important to remember when doing the moves. I explained my health issues at the start and he would provide adaptations which was super helpful.

see all reviewsI was really impressed by everything about this place. The staff were all really welcoming and friendly, which is rare when using a CP because FoH people typically treat you like you’re single handedly trying to put them out of business. It was spotless, a massive selection of equipment and the Reppin’ class with Hannah was FAB. I thought she was great, really enthusiastic, kept an eye on people’s form and kept the motivation high. It’s places like this that make me feel like moving my trial CP to a membership.

see all reviewsI've previously found vinyasa classes hard to keep up with and didn't know all the names of poses, meaning I haven't really gone back to that style of yoga. This mindful flow, though, was a really good introduction to Vinyasa, as it's a bit slower moving and the instructor was very good at explaining the movements. I'll book again 😊

see all reviewsI enjoyed this class. The venue was really clean, and the staff I had spoken to seemed really friendly and not intimidating at all. At points, some of the routines felt a little bit basic or repetitive, and in others it felt like the instructor could have given more information eg: could have said starting on left/right or announcing before the movement changed. Overall, I would go back and be interested in trying out the other classes available :)

see all reviewsGreat class. Do wish there was a bit more variety as week on week it can be pretty similar - lots of lengthen/folds, with sometimes only eg a very quick twist between that and each chaturanga.. maybe one more pose would be good as it feels too quick sometimes. But Constanza is lovely, explains very clearly and does great corrections. Great way to start the morning!

see all reviewsThe class was excellent and don’t be fooled by the description. Im an advanced rider (Psycle, Digme, SoulCycle) and this was tough. Only issue is you wear your own shoes which made the whole thing feel risky and not secure. I also didn’t get the color coding because it goes red both with speed and resistance so it needs a bit of getting used to. But otherwise great class, happy instructor, happy me. Thanks.
