    Climb To The Beat

    Instructor had fabulous energy- the ultimate hype woman. Workout itself made me feel a bit like a hamster on a wheel cos you need to use all your limbs and it’s quite repetitive. Class was in a dark flashy room but amazing views from the open gym. Facilities and amenities are nice but changing rooms are quite small for the size of the gym.
