Big plus they have 2 machines to train both abductors and adductors 🍑👍. The dumbbell options have up to 60kg I believe. Even though I’m not that strong to use them, it might be useful for those hardcore weightlifters 😁

There were towels in a couple of the lockers for people to use but they were not regularly being replaced. I did have five different lockers until one did eventually lock but I really liked how you did not have a key to care for during the session as it was locked with a personalised 4 digit code.

I did have some issues getting in though as the email with the PIN code never came through, and the contact email address given is not supported in the early morning, which meant travelling in for a 7am booking not knowing if I would get into the building. I eventually got let in after calling the number, but by that time, I had lost some of my 60 minute session. Hopefully that was a one-off glitch - overall, the gym itself is amazing, so I will be back.
