see all reviewsWhat an amazing experience! 🤍✨ I’ve been attending Pilates classes over the past few months, both in Lisbon and abroad, and I can tell you that the experience at Alínea is completely different — in the best way possible. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to book my class through ClassPass, but Reem (the beautiful and sweet owner) immediately found a solution for me. She is so caring! In this beautiful space you feel loved and seen: Reem will make sure you feel welcomed. The classes are very different from any other studio I’ve tried. The atmosphere feels intimate, almost like a private lesson, with a maximum of 5 attendees. That’s what makes it so special. You receive constant posture corrections and Reem gently pushes you to go further while respecting your limits. I will definitely be back. Alínea has officially become my favorite Pilates studio. Thank you for all the love!

Depois de experimentar várias práticas e abordagens, foi aqui que encontrei uma forma de praticar yoga em que consigo realmente estar presente, respirar fundo, desafiar o corpo e reconectar-me. E as minhas costas agradecem, tem sido uma verdadeira terapia. O João está mesmo lá para nós: genuíno, presente e sem floreados. É essa simplicidade que me faz sentir que estou, de facto, a praticar yoga. Nenhuma aula é igual à anterior, entre posturas familiares, leva-nos sempre a explorar outras novas, ora mais Hatha, ora mais Yin, sempre com a clareza necessária para nos guiar onde nos quer levar.
