    HYROX with Patrina

    Had a fantastic experience with Yogi! The instructor was incredibly responsible and dedicated, providing clear instructions and patiently guiding everyone through each move. I really appreciated that she didn’t force anyone to do poses they weren’t comfortable with, which made the class feel supportive and inclusive.     Important note: You need to bring your own equipment and weights. The location is upstairs of Bangsar Sports Complex (take the stairs next to the gym). The class has a lot of regulars and her workout is very functional based - lots of reps to guarantee a good burn, and very doable for all fitness levels. Sabby is awesome and I love her energy!
