    What a great instructor with great energy! Challenging class but she speaks so calmly and walks you through the poses carefully and makes you think you can do it (even if you may not 😂). More intermediate/advanced. First time to her class but definitely gonna be her regular now.

    Great class. My favs place for pilates. Unlike some instructor joo ee is not intimidating, knows when to push. When to hold back. Downside is very hard to boon through classpass. U basicly need to be really fast and turn on your notification to see any availability.

    Reformer+ Chair Pilates Intermediate

    Her workouts are suitable for the intermediate, not for beginners. The movements are different from other instructors that I have attended. Hence, it may be a bit difficult to execute unless you have a strong core. Overall, it is still an excellent class worth attending.
