I feel that the studio could adapt more to a yoga environment for when the room is being used for those classes e.g pulling the curtains so the sun isn’t glaring in your face or timing the class so it’ doesn’t coincide with a noisy class next door. The studio is fab, teachers fab , staff so friendly , I just felt like I couldn’t relax that much, if the studio made some tweaks it would be perfect.

Coaches were great and gave everyone attention, correcting form and pushing to lift heavier. It can often be easy to hide in a class, but they made sure you were performing to your best. Not sure the Deuces format works that well, I ideally wanted to do arms but EVERYONE had chosen arms so I went with legs just to have space.

I generally do a lot of different training.. all I can say Shannon’s classes are amazing and I left the practice feeling great both physically and mentally. Shannon has great energy and personality, he is a great Pilates teacher, he explains the exercises very well and he modifies them accordingly to any injury you may have or to the fitness level you may be able to endure.
