Like all The Limit instructor, she is clearly a professional dancers and definitely got me working out hard! Might be really challenging if you don’t have any dance training but all people should feel welcome and have fun.

The trampoline helps get all of those little stabilizers gym workouts miss. Also loved the active breathing exercise with a balloon, which helped me actively oxygenate my blood whenever I needed a break. Fun music too. Def check it out!
