Slow Burn Hot Mat Pilates
see all reviewsLOVED this class and trinity’s energy. I’m not usually a fan of super heated workouts because I find them a little overstimulating, but she made sure not to have us move too quick so we didn’t get exhausted in the heat. I’ll definitely go back for more that was great and I feel so energized after!

see all reviewsThis class was intense, but so worth it! I would say the heated room which ranged from 100-105 degrees made the workouts more challenging. Jennifer was AMAZING! She made everybody feel seen, welcomed and acknowledged everyone by name when they were doing a great job. I would go back here just for her classes. That’s how great she is. Also, it was so inspiring to see a beautiful strong older woman because it makes you even more motivated, like I want to be fit just like her!

Every movement targets the exact muscles it’s supposed to, so I always feel like I’m training the right areas without wasting any effort. see all reviewsLovely, relatively new, spacious, clean and nicely maintained studio. Really very nice orchestration of challenging, engaging largely accessible sculpt sequences (with a couple of peak poses beyond my practice or goals, fun to take a shot at, nonetheless). After class while organizing belongings prior to departure, was already virtually empty in between classes when upon gently asking a core crew member, they declined studio mat spray usage for personal mat—seemed a bit odd, especially as someone who works at a neighboring studio where this small courtesy would invariably be accommodated, though no biggie regardless.

see all reviewsGood class, I would recommend it for level 2 yogis. For beginners, start with a beginner class to have a strong foundation. This can prevent injuries . FYI, instructor closes the door exactly at 6pm. What I always like about Bhakti Center is that they have water station for you to hydrate, disposable mat wipes, and all the Props you need for Yoga class.

see all reviewsI've tried a few other studios' intro classes and didn't feel like we even spent much time on the pole or like I was actually taught fundamentals. This is the intro class I've been looking for! Ximena is an exceptional teacher. Conditioning directly relates to pole, and we spent much more time on the pole than any other intro class I've taken. The class is mixed level, and she meets each student where they're at. Highly recommend Ximena and Pole SuperWoman ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

see all reviewsEvery week I get destroyed in Danielle's class, but for some masochistic reason I always come back. Expect high-intensity sprint work (lots of inclines, which has helped me race hills) paired with fresh strength circuits every session. Most everything is time based so you can set your own pace, choose your own weight, and count your own sets. Danielle will help adjust your form and pushes you (nicely) if she sees you slacking.
