first timer for bikram, and i was surprisingly love it. but i would not comeback for the instructor for she seems quite intimidating for the first timer. i might be back because union have spacious studio and the proper bathroom/changing room at the same time. and for me, taking shower after a hot class was equally important as the class itself. btw, i could not find a proper hairdryer at the bathroom.

first timer for bikram, and i was surprisingly love it. but i would not comeback for the instructor for she seems quite intimidating for the first timer. i might be back because union have spacious studio and the proper bathroom/changing room at the same time. and for me, taking shower after a hot class was equally important as the class itself. btw, i could not find a proper hairdryer at the bathroom.

beginner-friendly, every move was demonstrated beforehand by elvira who was patient & gave plenty of breaks. i was feeling under the weather, didn’t want anything intense, so this class was solid! wish there was more space between the mats tho :( my phone got kicked by the girl in front of me twice

Joined their Yin Yoga during my first visit here. Very spacious place, international teacher, props are all provided (mats, blocks, straps, towels), bathroom got nice amenities. Very very strategic area and nice neighborhood that got literally everything you need around it, like legit you can find everything around, fpod, drugstore, minimarkets, supermarkets, pet store, even a hospital is nearby, againvery strategic.

Master Chandan’s class was very challenging in a good way! His cueing was super fast-paced, but the flow was still really enjoyable. His hands on adjustments also helped a lot with my alignment. It felt much more traditional and disciplined compared to the studio yoga classes I’m usually used to, which honestly made the whole experience feel really humbling. Probably not beginner-friendly, but overall such a refreshing experience. Would definitely come back for more classes!

The class gave me such a good, deep stretch, and there are still a couple of power asana (side plank, plank). Samit really helped each one of the students to correct their posture, and help them stretch and twist deeper to the best of each of their ability.
