It was SO much fun, Ellie had so much energy and her vibe was fantastic and she got us right into the groove. Upbeat music and solid choreo - I felt my legs burning almost immediately but she made me push myself. I felt phenomenal afterwards and they gave us a really nice cooling towel. Highly highly recommend this place for anyone interested in some solid spin!

Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who assisted me, but he was fantastic. I tried the Mito Red Light Therapy Full Body Panels and the Normatec Compression Therapy, and I’m hooked! My legs feel so much lighter, and the red light therapy had a calming effect on my entire body. I highly recommend this place—10/10! I’ll definitely be going back.
