Working out in LA is super expensive, but when you work out with her, you not only get your moneys worth, but you're also getting a fantastic workout that doesn't sacrifice form + safety. This is ripped ride so you do weights 2-3 times during the class. I love this as i feel its really toning my arms. I think if i do this 2-3 times per week it could make a difference. Liz is a very nice instructor too and personally greets all the students. She has great energy and really motivates everyone. I highly recommend her class

Melina is clear with her instruction and keeps it fun and positive. It is a hard sculpting class which included bands, weights, lunges, squats, lots of ab work, leg work, etc. The facility is clean, I love that the room has different floor levels so no matter where you are, you can see yourself, and the equipment and clean and all there for you!
