I would say just in general I’ve notice with a few of the instructors they aren’t very hands on so sometimes I feel like I’m just doing the workout with a bad form and completely wrong. They don’t come to correct form which then could lead to an injury. I understand that it’s a fast paced workout class and there are a lot of us and the instructor is cueing the strength part AND the treadmill part at the same time so I understand that it could be hard to look at everyone. Other than that keeping the instructor separate from the workout method I really thought Megan was super sweet and energetic. Great music and vibes. Would love to hear some Reggaeton in the mix lol. Definitely wanna keep booking Friday mornings with her!! :)

Part of the point of group fitness in a class like this is having people in the class. The classes are always empty. And it’s not the instructors fault. It’s the Studio is over pricing themselves.

It does have street-level windows and sometimes people will just stare at you while you’re working out which is a bit awkward 😬 Maybe they can consider putting one-way privacy window tint on the glass!

Good beats make us run more :) However, I would appreciate clearer instructions on the treadmill from the instructor and turn down the music slightly when giving instructions. Also, the fans are really high and I’m thankful the instructor pushed it away from me when I asked. There’s a lot of overstimulation in the room but still a solid workout. I see why they give out earplugs at the front desk.

see all reviewsI liked that the instructor helped me set up. As a newbie to weight training and the exercises I find the set ups to be challenging sometimes. There was a max of 6 people per circuit but not always enough equipment or space. Like for the bench press, teacher said people should have paired up in partners according to weight , but that wasn’t enforced. Maybe with time it’ll get better, but find I’ve had an easier time following circuits at places like F45 and Training Mate.

see all reviewsThis is the same studio and set up and class method as Nike studio. I love the instructor, he’s super jacked but also cognizant that we’re not all at his level. He went around and checked everyone’s form, I felt safe to push it after a set or two. Now everything will hurt tomorrow. They also have theragun and vibrating rollers to get out that lactic acid after an intense workout. Everyone was all shapes and sizes, so not intimidating gym rats. Overall I really enjoyed and will def be back!

The schedule had listed another instructor, but I couldn’t have been happier. She has such a bright, uplifting spirit, and you can feel that energy woven into every part of her flow. Her class was exactly what I needed; warming, energizing, and full of those deep, yummy stretches and intentional holds that really let your body open up. It felt nourishing not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. Markie creates a space that feels welcoming, grounded, and alive all at once. If you get the chance, definitely take her class…you won’t regret it.

From the moment I walked in, the staff were super welcoming and helpful, which made a big difference since I was a little nervous trying a new place. They gave me a quick tour, explained how everything works, and made me feel comfortable right away. Even as a beginner, I felt really encouraged. She gave so many pointers and feedback on the correct form for many poses that I didn’t know I was doing wrong. We went through sun salutations and then some fun practice with inversions.
