The first time I definitely hesitated to come, but I knew that it was probably going to be very healing and it was just that. I was able to release lots of trauma that’s been stored in my body and left feeling lighter and more at peace! Last night was my second time coming here and the community is just so welcoming and Kristina Joy is a sweetheart. She definitely knows what she’s doing and you can tell her intentions are pure and genuine. I always get worried that places like this are going to feel pretentious, but it was the complete opposite. I can’t stop raving about this place and this class.

First there’s a warm heating pad underneath you the whole time, and you’re covered with a warm blanket. Her technique is gentle and firm at varying times. I loved that she worked on my mid-section and back a lot. On my back she used a small cup to help loosen the tight fascia.
