see all reviewsKathleen asked if anyone had things they wanted to work on in class and I said neck stretches because I was having major tension today. The class was amazing, I got my neck stretches and at the end she gave me a lovely pressure point shavasana neck massage. I went from a 8/10 on the pain scale to a 3/10 who for someone with chronic neck pain, that’s a freaking miracle. So I will 10000% be taking classes with her again going forward! I’ve always loved this studio and todays class with Kathleen was one of those ones you walk away from and feel amazing for the rest of your day 😊

see all reviewsI’m often drained at the end of a long work day and by the time I get to these evening spin classes, but Abbie puts out good energy & gives me the motivation I need. She makes the effort to greet me each time, which I do appreciate. Her class consistently has a great balance of speed spins vs resistance, some choreo, some strength weight training, and caters to all levels of attendees, which not every trainer can do. Thanks for showing out, Abbie!

When it would begin to feel a bit too hot, she would turn on the fans so we could cool down a bit. I normally take a different instructor, but would definitely take her again. :)

see all reviewsI started yoga because it practices to listen to your body and take breaks when needed but he often preaches about not drinking water, pushing through instead of taking a break, and not wiping the sweat off because it’ll come right back (even if it’s dripping into your nose, ears, eyes). I think he could be more mindful that people have differences in their abilities and comfort. When I take a break that’s good for my chronic pain and a great sign that I’m managing my anxiety by allowing myself a moment. That being said, Nathaniel is otherwise an amazing and creative instructor. I would continue coming to his class no matter what he said

I’ll certainly be back

see all reviewsMy only feedback for all the instructors at this studio is that I wish there was more (verbal) quiet. It’s really hard to focus on balancing when it’s 110 and the teacher sounds like a carnival game announcer. It’s not a huge thing, but I would enjoy some more internal/external peace during hard balancing pos s if the instructor would just decide to be quiet for those few minutes. The music is always great, fun to practice too. The skeleton sequence they use in every class is pretty standard and easy to attain. All together I feel good when I leave these classes.

see all reviewsGreat class, fun flow from instructor. Two things to note: there is very minimal visual instruction in the classes I have taken. Come with an understanding of a basic yoga flow and language. Secondly, the class is too full to do the class properly. There should be less spots open for this class to allow everyone to have a full arms length of space to do weights properly. Sweat yoga should prioritize this as injuries can happen this way.

see all reviewsArchana's class was a delightful journey, a true "vinyasa" of creativity. Each pose flowed seamlessly into the next, like a graceful "asana" dance. Her playful spirit added a lighthearted touch, making the practice a joy. Archana's sequences were fresh and inspiring, incorporating unique transitions and challenging poses. Sprinkled throughout the class, mantras added a spiritual dimension, reminding us of the deeper purpose of our practice. Overall, I highly recommend Archana's class. It's a perfect blend of challenge, creativity, and fun. You'll leave feeling refreshed, energized, and inspired. Namaste!

see all reviewsW O W Kate’s energy is immaculate! I was STRUGGLING but SHE KEPT ME GOING! I highly recommend this class to anyone who is eager to strength train and really want to push themselves! However, with that said, it can be a little risky for those who are older or not as mobile because you’ll be standing in a puddle of sweat and still moving kettlebells or dumbbells all around (above your head, on your pelvis, around your body, etc.), so that’s just one thing to keep in mind!

The spiritual vibe was not explicit, but I felt there was more healing & restoration happening beyond the physical.
