see all reviewsBrazilian instructor: maybe 10-16 students(didnt actually count). The Professor showed us how to stop my enemy punching me. This is rare because most BJJ classes do not take into account striking. He then showed me how to take down my enemy with a body lock, and mount my enemy, and submit my enemy with an Americano, and when he defends it, submit him with an armbar instead. Because I am a 0 degree white belt, I have trouble transitioning from the Americano into the armbar seamlessly. I pray that as I practice, I will improve ;)

Being Martial "Fitness" as opposed to Martial "Arts" allows the session to be more flexible with a good workout thrown in, along with valuable tips and tricks which would go a long way. Overall, great space, great people, great environment and most importantly, we had a really great time!
