Although it was my first class here, it definitely won't be my last! (Also there is parking in the back of the building, and you have to go in the side door not the front door). Be sure to wear comfortable clothing. I wore tight yoga pants and a tight tank top and wish I would've worn looser clothes to be more comfortable.

My muscles are visibly tighter and I could feel the difference. The science makes sense once she explains it, and she explains it well.
