Hot Mat Pilates 45 - Community Class
see all reviewsI took Paige forever ago and I don’t really remember that class too much. But this class was so different. She had so much energy and planned such a great workout!! I definitely will be putting in effort to have her on my regular schedule!

see all reviewsI said it before, and I’ll say it again I really like body alive and most of the instructors are great. I do wish BA woukd either bring back Core Sculpt class and/or focus much more on core beyond planks. Every class seems to have at least 2-3 plank songs but only 1-2 true core.

see all reviewsCharlotte’s slow flow class is exactly what I needed. It was very accessible for folks that are new to yoga or getting back into yoga. But there were plenty of modifications to make it more or less challenging. I left feeling strong and relaxed. I signed up for more classes on the spot!

see all reviewsMarcellus’ Reformer Foundations class was a complete blast today !! We used kick boards and that was a 1st for me. He is so kind and easy going but quick to correct your form so that you don’t injure yourself. I try to get as many classes as possible with him.

see all reviewsI just love this studio so far! I've been twice and it's such a welcoming environment, allowing space to rest or do whatever you need throughout the class. Definitely recommend bringing your own yoga mat and large towel because you'll be SWEATING! Don't forget water too! Excited to go back.

see all reviewsThe class was great but felt fast for Slow Flow based on my other experiences with a slow flow structure. I also don’t think this class would be the best for beginners due to the speed and needing to know what a lot of the poses are already to be able to keep up. These points are really just a heads up for others considering the class, it really was a great class overall!

see all reviewsThis class was a little different from other vinyasa classes I’ve attended, but I know the instructor and as each teacher every one has their own approach. She is absolutely great, but she will push you further than the average teacher in an encouraging way! Also it is hotter than most vinyasas classes. But I would and will attend again!
