The instructor told me after that the songs repeat over classes so you can build confidence. Which I liked. I definitely worked up a sweat. I’ve never moved my body like that before! Everyone was very welcoming.

Pound works on so many levels- cardio, body weight conditioning, coordination, balance. My brain was as engaged as my body.
