    Ciera was one of the most thoughtful, well-versed instructors I have had at any studio in the Tri-State area for some time. She was thoughtful and grounding in her introduction and closing and did a phenomenal job of modeling, instructing and providing alternatives for all levels. The vinyasa flows were challenging yet appropriate. Music was supportive to the practice. Just a phenomenal experience overall. Highly recommend and look forward to more of her classes!
