see all reviewsFirst time trying and it was a lot of fun. It does require upper body strength but I feel like not as much as pole. The challenge is getting around the hoop and remembering the correct sequence and correct side. The hoops are of different sizes and heights so I think it’s ok to have couple more people than hoops because everyone moves around and try different hoops.

But I still love her foundations class because her vibes bring me peace and I enjoy being able to unwind and decompress in her foundations class. She is so good with hands on adjustments and verbal cues and I’m honestly thankful for her. So perfect and welcoming for beginners to yoga!
