see all reviewsAs a beginner, first of all she took me in - even if they had already started. A place was already set up for me so it was easy to join them. She helped me out a lot as i was tight. The workout and stretches opened me up - my back, chest and hips. Didnt realize how closed off i was. This is one i would be doing again. Thanks for accommodating me. :)

see all reviewsThis class was super challenging but so much fun. Everybody is so nice and welcoming. I loved the mix of gym equipment and pilates. I 10/10 recommend anybody that wants to have fun while going through a challenging workout ! I will definitely be coming back !

The workout was challenging in the best way and left me feeling strong without feeling completely drained after. I also genuinely appreciate that the studio offers both Lift with cardio and Lift without cardio options. Being able to focus mainly on strength training made the workout so much more enjoyable without having to catch my breath in between sets if there was cardio in between. Definitely adding this class into my routine.

As one who works mostly sitting at my desk all day, this is what i need to relieve tension and muscle stiffness. I recommend trying out this session and Joe is excellent. Im glad i did this.
