Intimate class sizes allow for enough space to practice comfortably and opportunities for coaching and redirection. Class ends with a cool lavender towel and tea shared amongst the class! see all reviewsI arrived at the facility for the class and attempted to check in for the class. The gentleman at the desk informed me I could sign the required waiver on the iPads near the desks. Once I completed that he informed me I needed to pay for a day pass to access the facility. I informed him that I had a class pass and I was interested in maybe becoming a member after a proper tour and introduction. He feigned unawareness of the class pass app program stating he never heard of it and asked me to show him where I purchased the yoga class. I showed him the app and he wrote the information down. He then informed me that yoga was behind the elevators. I went behind the elevators and there was a utility closet. No yoga class. I walked around a bit didn’t see the room and stopped and asked someone finally. One of the workers informed me the yoga classes were held upstairs in the yoga studio. I was now late and extremely flustered. It took me a while to lock in and focus during the class as it was challenging and I haven’t practiced in a while. The instructor was polite, cordial and made me feel comfortable with the positions and helped me as well. I would take another class with him again in the future. I don’t know if I would actually become a member here after that experience. I honestly missed rock climbing and considered getting back into it seeing the facility but I’m on the fence still.
