    Challenging and effective fast paced class! Only suggestion for Impact: there’s only one instructor I can think of that consistently starts class on time. 4 minutes may not seem like a big deal, but they’re the only fitness studio in town who doesn’t start on time and it can be frustrating when you’re spending a good amount on classes! I find the classes way too easy, I understand some like the classical Pilates approach. Just wish they offered advanced/athletic style classes for those who seek it.
