see all reviewsVery good class - I like the 30 minute timeframe it's just enough for you to break a sweat but not too long. It was definitely challenging and you really feel the burn in your legs and glutes! The vibration plate is interesting. If you stand on it with just a soft bend in your knees it's a little easier on you. Love the concept and the instructor was great. I would definitely take this class again

The owner tells you what exercise to do leaves for a couple mins then comes back to walk you through the next work out. So you’re somewhat in your own and somewhat with the coach. The class is goes by very quickly since it’s about 30mins long.
