The combination of hyperbaric oxygen and red light therapy has genuinely helped, and my recovery data backs it up: my highest scores I've tracked so far. Worth noting : the red light setup here isn't the same as the panels you'd find at a gym or spa that has gotten so popular right now. It's a different level of equipment and it shows in the results.
