Some of the other instructors at this studio have started teaching classes that are wayy to intense and are much closer to weight lifting than pilates so I will be sticking with khloe!!! 100000/10

see all reviewsThis studio is not only gorgeous, but has a perfect mix of challenge and recovery. It’s 2 levels up from my favorite PT location and about 2 levels down from Lagree. I love it! My body continues to tighten and strengthen and the class students and Maru are great!

see all reviewsBridgit was a top notch instructor. I really prefer when instructors are hands on and make sure the students are doing the moves correctly. She was very attentive, sweet and praised us throughout. The mat Pilates was definitely classic. Really lot of core work with props to make sure the lower back and neck are not strained which I really appreciated. And Carter greeted us at the front desk with so much warmth and kindness. The cool (not cold, thank God) lavender towels at the end of class was a nice touch. I put it over my eyes and it was just the cherry on top. The room was warm, but not hot. But I’m sure that keeps the joints more limber. Just bring water to drink on breaks to stay hydrated.

She asked whether I had attended the YMCA before or taken a Zumba class, and when she learned I was new to both, she offered helpful tips, instructions, and encouragement that helped me feel comfortable jumping right in. Her vibrant personality somehow outshined even her colorful outfit—which I absolutely loved! The choreography moved at a moderate-to-fast pace, but thankfully my years of dance experience helped me keep up with most of it. The music was upbeat, the energy was contagious, and the hour flew by. I knew it was a great class because I left both sweating and smiling. At one point, it even seemed like the birds outside the window had stopped to watch the fun! 🤭🐦⬛💃 I left sweaty, smiling, and already looking forward to the next class—which is pretty much the highest compliment I can give a workout. 💃 ::
