see all reviewsI liked the instructor & her clear instructions, suggestions, & corrections. Some of the students were talking or texting while on the machines (!), which was distracting. Maybe the place should prohibit phone use during class or anywhere machines.

see all reviewsInstructor was clear, the instructions were easy to follow. Considerable amount of exercise was done on mat (30%?), preferred to utilize the reformer more. The warm up and cool down routine before and after the class is good.
