see all reviewsI love Lapso Studio and attend classes several times a week. Renee is an amazing instructor, and I specifically choose her classes because I really enjoy her teaching style. However, during the summer months the studio becomes extremely hot and poorly ventilated. The room is quite small, yet classes are often full, with around 20 participants plus the instructor. During today’s cardio barre class, the mirrors were literally fogging up from people’s breath. The lack of air conditioning made it difficult to exercise safely. I felt very dizzy throughout the class and was unable to perform at my usual level. This is not about comfort — it is becoming a health and safety issue, especially during high-intensity workouts in Barcelona’s summer heat. I truly enjoy the studio and would love to see this addressed, as it would make the experience much better for everyone.

The Wednesday class from Nicolas was great and I'm a big fan of the Sunday class with Pieter too! I absolutely adore the focus and attention on doing movements safely.
