see all reviewsCariassa’s class was one of my favorite classes I’ve taken in a very long time! I used to be a regular at pilates republic, but have recently been taking classes at other studios. Today was my first time back at Pilates Republic in a while, and Carissa reminded me of why I fell in love with this studio in the first place! Carissa explained everything perfectly and always made sure to emphasize how we should be breathing with the exercises which I love. She radiates so much positive energy, and I look forward to taking classes with her more often:)

see all reviewsThe studio is beautiful and spacious, but it was so absolutely FREEZING in this room. I could not believe that I never got warm through the entire practice. The air conditioning was pumping & the ceiling fans were on high, which is honestly quite absurd for the end of December. The teacher was quite competent, clearly well trained and the class itself was a fantastic level one. However the Elan’s demeanor was as icy as the room. I find it off putting when studio teachers don’t say hello, avoid eye contact or refrain from acknowledging a majority of the students in class.
