see all reviewsI really really like Neasa’s classes. Feels to me like everything you could want from a yoga class all within the hour. You do break a sweat and get the heart rate up and feel challenged but there’s such a lovely emphasis on being kind to yourself throughout and some more spiritual stuff that’s just very well done. I always leave feeling fantastic and feel so good for a few days after.

see all reviewsWent to the flow yoga class on Saturday with Dara in junction 6 castleknock , she was so lovely and accommodating with great knowledge. I enjoyed the class so much I went back on the Sunday with my friend. Dara made me feel comfortable at ease and I truly enjoyed her teaching style. Class was easy to follow. Thanks Dara I will be back next week

see all reviewsI really enjoyed this class. It catered to all levels—beginners, intermediates, and advanced—with various challenges. In this Reformer class, we used additional equipment, which I really liked because it added challenge and made it more interesting. The instructor introduced new exercises, and actually, the whole class consisted of exercises I had never tried before, which I really liked. The only small downside is that as the number of Reformers increased, the class size also increased, leaving the instructor with less chance to give individual corrections.

see all reviewsWent to Hot Vinyasa Flow with Paul on Tuesday at 19.50 for a 70 minute class. The studio is absolutely gorgeous and has been designed with a lot of care and thought, and has a very welcoming relaxed vibe. Paul took us through a well thought out flow with lots of attention to alignment and a few challenging surprises thrown in to keep it interesting! He is a great teacher and is very welcoming to his students. I would highly recommend this studio. It’s right on the Luas line so very convenient with showers and changing rooms available.
