Went from pretty low intensity body weight to high intensity with dumbbells and with cardio, then a yoga finish with helpful breathing exercises. The instructor was very informative and upbeat. My only difficulty was keeping up, but that’s primarily because I’m very out of shape and am not used to moving this much. 😅

Gii encouraged us to talk to each other and ask her questions whenever needed, which was definitely needed. I was adequately challenged for a gentle yoga class and never felt pressured to force specific poses I couldn’t do comfortably. I loved it!

Apparently, M/T workouts are upper body & W/Th are lower body days. She starts class with a full walkthrough of the 3 circuits, each with 3 excercises of their own. There's a whiteboard with each exercise to help remind us of what comes next. Since the classes are capped at 10 people, Mistie was able to help each of us with our form & modifications throughout which as a complete beginner, I needed a lot of. I even learned to roll the muscles we worked after!
