Once my food was ready, they placed it in a locker but did not tell me. I had no way of knowing my food was ready. Finally, after about 20 minutes and seeing people scan their phones, I pulled up a random link from an email that had my name (but no other number or info) and the tablet scanned it and it opened the locker.

You walk in and are supposed to scan something to unlock a locker and receive your order. ClassPass doesn’t offer anything to scan, so I had to wait to speak with someone and they said my order had already been picked up. There was a lot of back and forth and confusion before they went ahead and remade the order for me. The process ended up taking about an hour. Please support this business, they make great food, but ClassPass probably isn’t the best place to order from them
